4 Squat Variation Day

This leg day was super easy to follow. We did 4 variations of squats for 50 reps each position & finished with a burn out set of bodyweight squats. Check it out below! 

Wide Stance Back Squat

5 Sets of 10 Reps

Front Squats

5 Sets of 10 Reps 

Narrow Stance Back Squat

5 Sets of 10 Reps

Regular Back Squats

5 Sets of 10 Reps

BURN OUT

Bodyweight Squats Until Failure
