Arm Gains

Try out this Arm workout for a crazy pump. Biceps, Triceps, Forearms

I always start with cardio to warm up to help prevent injuries. I also have been switching between Redcon1 Total War (New flavor Cotton Candy is amazing) & GAT Nitraflex for my pre-workout supplement for better performance. Click HERE to check out all of the pre-workouts available. 

 

Warm Up - 10 Minutes of Cardio (Any form) 

Super Set - 5 Total Sets

Straight Bar Curls - (15, 12, 10, 8, 6)

Tricep Straight Bar Push Downs - (15, 12, 10, 8, 6)

**After each super set - Wrist Curls Until Failure

Super Set - 5 Total Sets

Skull Crushers Ez Bar - (15, 12, 10, 8, 6)

Dumbbell Hammer Curls - Each Arm (15, 12, 10, 8, 6)

**After each super set - Wrist Curls Until Failure

Super Set - 5 Total Sets

Incline Bench Dumbell Curls - Each Arm (15, 12, 10, 8, 6)

Bench Dips - (30, 25, 20, 15, 10)

**After each super set - Wrist Curls Until Failure

 

For recovery & growth I would definitely recommend supplementing with a protein powder.  Repairing those torn muscle fibers as quickly as possible is essential in muscle growth, and our protein powders will help you do that! Another option can be BCAAs which will help prevent muscle breakdown and keep you in an anabolic state.
