I will be doing this workout tomorrow morning: It is a mix of upper and lower back exercises with heavier weight and lower reps. Also at the end, a burnout exercise of 80-100 reps. Bent Over Barbell Rows: 5 Sets of 6 Reps
Weighted Back Extensions: 5 Sets of 6 Reps
Wide Grip Pull Downs: 6 Sets of 5 Reps
Seated V Grip Rows: 6 Sets of 5 Reps
Lawn Mowers: 5 Sets of 6 Reps
Burn Out Pull Ups: 80-100 total reps. As many sets as it takes.
