Back Smash

I will be doing this workout tomorrow morning: It is a mix of upper and lower back exercises with heavier weight and lower reps. Also at the end, a burnout exercise of 80-100 reps. I have also listed my current supplement stack to help my endurance, ability to burn fat, and recovery. Check it out below!

 

Bent Over Barbell Rows: 5 Sets of 6 Reps

Weighted Back Extensions: 5 Sets of 6 Reps

Wide Grip Pull Downs: 6 Sets of 5 Reps

Seated V Grip Rows: 6 Sets of 5 Reps

Lawn Mowers: 5 Sets of 6 Reps

Burn Out Pull Ups: 80-100 total reps. As many sets as it takes.

 

Here's my current supplement stack:

I like to switch up brands but at the moment, I really like using GAT,  or Redcon1,  

Preworkout: I rotate Redcon1 Total War & VMI Sports K-XR

BCAAs: Reaction Nutrition Amino Action

Protein: GAT Whey

Sarms: Mass Genetics Solid Mass Extreme

Fat Burner: Blackstone Labs Trojan Horse
