BCAA Fruit Popsicles

This recipe is very simple and can be adjusted for your tastes depending on which BCAA flavor you use, and what types of fruits you want to include!

For this recipe, I went with MTS Nutrition Machine Fuel, but ANY flavor will work. You can find all of the BCAAs we carry by clicking HERE.

I also used a combination of pineapple, mango pieces and blueberries for the mix!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 scoops BCAAs (Machine Fuel)
  • 1/2 pineapple cut into small pieces 
  • half bag frozen mango
  • handful of blueberries
  • Roughly 40 oz water to dilute flavor

Directions:

  1. Mix BCAAs with water in large bowl. Adding more water for desired taste/sweetness for the BCAAS
  2. Add your choice of fruit, fresh or frozen.
  3. Mix all ingredients and pour into popsicle trays.
  4. Freeze and enjoy!
