- Dumbbell flat flys 3x10

Super Set:

- 1 Arm dumbbell press 3x10

- Hammer grip cable extensions 3x10

Super Set:

-high cable flys 3x10

-v bar over head cable extensions 3x10

Super Set:

- Landmine press 3x10

- 1 Arm rope cable extensions 3x10

Super Set:

- Dumbbell pull overs 3x10

- Body weight dips 3x15
