Chest & Back Shred

I have been super sore so wanted to hit a workout with light weight and high reps. By light weight, I mean supppppperrrr light. You can adjust weight/resistance for your ability, but I went through this workout this morning and felt pretty good.

Several super sets of chest & back grouped together. As always, I have listed my current supplement stack beneath the workout routine!

 

SUPER SET

Barbell Flat Bench Wide Grip - 5 Sets of 15 Reps

Wide Grip Pull-Downs - 5 Sets of 15 Reps

SUPER SET

Incline Barbell Close Grip - 5 Sets of 15 Reps

Dumbbell Pull-Overs - 5 Sets of 15 Reps

SUPER SET

Pec Deck Machine - 5 Sets of 10 Reps

Seated V Bar Rows - 5 Sets of 10 Reps

SUPER SET

Push-Ups - 3 Sets of 20 Reps

Back Extensions - 3 Sets of 15 Reps

BCAAs - GAT Amino GT

Whey Protein - GAT Whey

Fat Burners - Blackstone Labs Trojan Horse & Nutrakey L-Carnitine
