Warm Up - 10 Mins Cardio


Flat Dumbbell Bench - 5 Sets of 6 Reps Heavy

Wide Grip Pull Ups - 5 Sets of 10 Reps


Deficit Push Ups (Use dumbbells on the ground, Or push ups on plates to create deeper stretch) - 5 Sets of 10

Dumbbell Pull Overs - 5 Sets of 6 Reps Heavy


Incline Dumbbells  - 5 Sets of 6 Reps Heavy

Seated Rows - 5 Sets of 10 Reps 


Dips - 5 Sets of 10 Reps

Bent Over Rows - 3 Sets of 6 Reps Heavy
