Chest & Tricep Gainz

I recently posted a routine like this one. This is just changing the reps up for a little heavier weight, with added burn out sets at the end of each super set!! As usual, I have listed the supplement stack I am using!

 

SUPER SET

Barbell Flat Bench - 4 Sets of 6 reps

Rope Tricep Pull-Downs - 4 Sets of 6 reps

**After 4th set - burnout set of bench dips

SUPER SET

Dumbbell Pullovers - 4 Sets of 6 reps

Tricep Extensions, Sitting Using both arms at once - 4 Sets of 6 reps

**After 4th set - burnout set of wide stance push-ups

SUPER SET

Cable Flys - 4 Sets of 6 reps

Straight Bar Tricep Pull-Downs - 4 Sets of 6 reps **Then reverse grip push-downs 4 Sets of 6 Reps

**After 4th set - burnout set of close stance push-ups

SUPER SET

Incline Machine - 4 Sets of 6 Reps

Dips or Weigthed Dips - 4 Sets of 6 Reps

**After 4th set - burnout set of incline dumbbell flys

Supplement Stack:

Preworkout - Redcon1 Total War

BCAAs - Cellucor Alpha Amino

Whey Protein - GAT Whey

Fat Burners - Repp Sports Raze

Multivitamin - GAT Men's Multi+Test
