Cutting Season All Shoulders

Cutting Season shoulder day which I will be hitting tomorrow! I also listed my current supplement stack below the video!

Warm Up: 10 minutes cardio

Face Pulls: 5 Sets of 10

Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 5 Sets of 12 reps (We used 45-60 lbs)

Dumbbell Lateral Raises: 5 Sets of 12 reps (We used 20-25 lbs)

Barbell Shrugs: 5 Sets of 20

Upright Row Using Kettle Bell: 5 Sets of 20

Triple Set Finisher (See Video)

3 Sets of 15 reps for all 3 exercises. Total of 135 reps using 10 lbs

Supplement Stack:

Preworkout - Repp Sports Broken Arrow

Amino Acids - GAT Flexx BCAA  

Whey Protein - GAT Plant Protein

Fat Burners - Myoblox Rubix

Multivitamin - 1st Phorm Micro-Factor
