Here is the third Cutting Season routine. Another 1200 reps for supersets of Legs/back.
The key to these routines -- Is to keep rest periods to a minimum, and choose a weight that you can use without stopping during the high rep sets.
I also added my current supplement stack beneath the routine which has changed up a bit recently.
Back Squat - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 95-145 lbs
Wide Grip Pull Downs - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 50-135 lbs
Seated V Bar Rows - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 60-135 lbs
Weighted Step Ups - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) each leg I used 20-35 lbs
Seated Calf Raises - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 50-100 lbs
Weighted Back Extensions - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I did body weight-25 lbs
Dumbbell Pullover - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 30-65 lbs
Leg Curls - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) 50-100 lbs
Preworkout - Redcon1 Total War NEW SOUR GUMMY BEAR
Amino Acids - Amino Energy
Whey Protein - Cellucor Whey
Fat Burners - Repp Sports Raze
Multivitamin - GAT Men's Multi+Test
