Cutting Season Legs on Legs

The newest leg day for this cut season! Check it out! I also listed my current supplement stack for you guys below the routine!

 

WARMUP — 3 SETS

Cardio 10 minutes

Back Extensions: 15 reps

LOW BAR BACK SQUAT

*Work to a 1 Rep Max

SPEED DEADLIFTS -50-70% of 1 Rep Max

6 sets of 3 reps

5 SETS EACH

Incline Leg Press: 15 reps

Weighted Back Extensions: 15 reps

Hamstring Curls: 15 reps

3 SETS EACH

Calf Raises: 25 reps

Leg Extension (toes out): 25 reps
