I just started my cutting season. So the next 5 or 6 routines posted will be crazy high volume with lighter weight. The following week I will post another 5 or 6 routines with the same rep count, just switching up the exercises and super sets. The key to these routines -- Is to keep rest periods to a minimum, and choose a weight that you can use without stopping during the high rep sets.
I also added my current supplement stack beneath the routine.
Dumbbell Side Raises - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 10-15 lbs
Single Arm Dumbbell Curls - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 10-20 lbs
Behind Head Military Press - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 45-95 lbs
Barbell Curls - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 45-65 lbs
Face Pulls - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 30-50 lbs
Hammer Cable Curls - 5 sets each arm (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 20-40 lbs
Barbell Shrugs - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) I used 185-225 lbs
Curl Machine - 5 sets total (50, 40, 30, 20, 10) Weight will vary
