  • Dumbbell side laterals 4x12
  • Laying down barbell front laterals 4x12
  • Leaning over dumbbell rear delt flys 4x12
  • Seared dumbbell press 4x12
  • Dumbbell front/side laterals 4x12
  • Rope cable face pulls 4x12
  • Hammer grip pull ups 4x12
  • Medicine ball slams  5x10 / tire flips 5x6
