Leg Day - High Volume

I just wanted to post my most recent leg routine which consisted of super sets with high rep or high volume with lighter weight. The weight will vary for you depending on you strength and stamina levels. Check it out below!! I also listed my current supplement stack!

SUPER SET

Incline Leg Press - 5 sets of 20 reps

Leg Extensions - 5 sets of 15 reps

SUPER SET

Straight Leg Dead Lifts - 5 set of 10 reps

Leg Curls - 5 sets of 15 reps

SUPER SET

Front Squat - 5 sets of 10

Standing Calf Raises - 5 sets of 20

SUPER SET

Dumbbell Step Ups - 5 sets of 10 (each leg) 

Seated Calf Raises - 5 sets of 10

 

Supplement Stack:

Preworkout - Redcon1 Total War

BCAAs - Cellucor Alpha Amino

Whey Protein - GAT Whey

Fat Burners - GAT L-Carnitine & Nutrakey Garcinia Cambogia

Multivitamin - GAT Men's Multi+Test

 

So for me, these products all have worked pretty well. I like to switch up brands but at the moment, I really like using GAT, Redcon1, & Nutrakey. These products may have different results for someone else but so far I have seen a noticeable difference in my daily performance!
