By using state-of-the-art, gentle membrane technology, we process the daily fresh skimmed milk and whey from our in-house cheese dairies into high-quality whey proteins, micellar casein concentrates, lactose products and natural milk calcium.

Here are some other fun facts.
- WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) tested for each batch. This is not cheap testing!
- This whey protein is www.informed-choice.org registered – click on Raw Materials. It will show you that only 2 raw proteins are registered: Volac (England) and GermanProt 9000 (Germany) which is MYOBLOX protein.
- The fresh milk is monitored for glyphosate to guarantee a whey protein without traces of Glyphosate (Roundup systemic herbicide – World Health Organization’s category 2A cancer classification)
TRACES OF GLYPHOSATE/ROUNDUP IN THE FOOD CHAIN IS A GROWING CONCERN IN THE US!
European Countries are banning its use because Roundup is now classified by the WHO as "probably carcinogenic in humans" (category A2).
Now when you manufacture a whey protein isolate, you ”super-concentrate” the proteins by removing water, lactose and fat but not as much of the ashes/minerals (about 3.5%). If there is Glyphosate in the fresh milk it will end up “super-concentrated” in the ashes/minerals of the Whey Protein Isolate.
Not a good thing for you especially if taken daily.
Meanwhile in the US were are using 100 times more Roundup than in the 1970s (agricultural and home & garden usage)…and everybody is busy looking away.
