- Half cup egg whites
- 1 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
- 1-2 scoops Rule One Whey Pumpkin Spice
I like to add the milk and water into the blender first so that the protein powder doesn't get stuck to the bottom. Just blend until smooth and enjoy!
