Shoulder Shred

Here is the latest shoulder workout I did with a buddy a couple of days ago! It's a random amount of reps, but the pump was awesome especially at the end with a tri-set burnout!! There is a video below to show how to do it the Tri-Set burnout.

I also listed my current supplement stack, I have added a non-stim fat burner and a SARM compound.

 

Shoulder Shred: 

Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 7 Sets of 12 reps (We used 45-60 lbs)

Dumbbell Lateral Raises: 7 Sets of 12 reps (We used 20-25 lbs)

Machine Shoulder Press (Close Grip): 7 Sets of 10

Barbell Shrugs: 5 Sets of 20

Triple Set Finisher (See Video)

3 Sets of 15 reps for all 3 exercises. Total of 135 reps using 10 lbs

 

Here's my current supplement stack:

I like to switch up brands but at the moment, I really like using GAT,  or Redcon1,  

Preworkout: I rotate Redcon1 Total War & GAT Nitraflex

BCAAs: Reaction Nutrition Amino Action

Protein: GAT Whey

Sarms: Mass Genetics GW Extreme

Fat Burner: Blackstone Labs Trojan Horse
