Super Sets Shoulder Day

Warm Up - 10 Mins Cardio


Cable Lateral Raises - (12,10,8)

Rope Face Pulls -  (12,10,8)


Standing Barbell Press - 5 Sets of 6 Reps (30 Total)

Upright Rows - 5 Sets of 6 Reps (30 Total)


Arnold Dumbbell Press - 3 Sets of 10 Reps

Dumbbell Shrugs - 5 Sets of 10 Rep


"Around the Worlds" - 2 Sets Until Failure Video Below
