Super Sets Shoulder Day

All of these exercises will be around 30 total reps, keep rest periods to a minimum. I have listed my current supplement stack below the workout. You can use code: pump to save 10% on your entire order for reading this!

 

Warm Up - 10 Mins Cardio

SUPER SET

Cable Lateral Raises - (12,10,8)

Rope Face Pulls -  (12,10,8)

SUPER SET

Standing Barbell Press - 5 Sets of 6 Reps (30 Total)

Upright Rows - 5 Sets of 6 Reps (30 Total)

SUPER SET

Arnold Dumbbell Press - 3 Sets of 10 Reps

Dumbbell Shrugs - 5 Sets of 10 Rep

BURN OUT

"Around the Worlds" - 2 Sets Until Failure Video Below
