Gingerbread Protein Shake

Servings: 1 • Size: About 1 Cup • Calories: 223.8 • Fat: 1.9 g • Carb: 21.4 g • Fiber: 4 g • Protein: 27.2 g • Sugar: 12.9 g • Sodium: 186.9 mg

Ingredients:
1 Serving/Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1/2 Tbsp. Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
1 Tsp. Molasses or Honey
1 C. Fat Free Milk
1/2 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. Ground Ginger
1/4 Tsp. Ground Cloves
1/4 Tsp. Ground Nutmeg
4-6 Ice Cubes

Add all ingredients in blender and serve immediately. Enjoy!
