Gingerbread Protein Shake Recipe

Check out this delicious Ginger Bread protein shake recipe! Perfect for the holiday season.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. I used MTS Machine Whey (Check out all of the options Here)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Add all ingredients in blender and serve immediately. Enjoy!
