- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. I used MTS Machine Whey (Check out all of the options Here)
- 1 cup ice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
Add all ingredients in blender and serve immediately. Enjoy!
