Quad Set: 

No rest in-between exercises, 5 sets in total.

Pull Ups - Til Failure

Dips - Til Failure 

Push Ups - Til Failure

Crunches - Til Failure

After Quad Set:

Walking Lunges - 10 minutes non-stop
