Chest & Triceps Vol. 2

I completed this Chest & Tricep routine today, and switched up a few exercises along with the reps. Each exercise has roughly 30 reps which will allow you to do more weight. I also listed my supplement stack below... check it out!!

 

SUPER SET

Barbell Flat Bench - 3 Sets (Reps of 12, 10, 8)

Rope Tricep Pull-Downs - 3 Sets (Reps of 12, 10, 8)

SUPER SET

Dumbbell Pullovers - 3 Sets (Reps of 12, 10, 8)

Tricep Extensions, Sitting Using both arms at once - 3 Sets (Reps of 12, 10, 8)

SUPER SET

Cable Flys - 3 Sets (Reps of 12, 10, 8)

Straight Bar Tricep Pull-Downs - 3 Sets (Reps of 12, 10, 8) **Then reverse grip push-downs 3 Sets (Reps of 12, 10, 8)

SUPER SET

Incline Machine - 3 Sets (Reps of 12, 10, 8)

Dips or Weigthed Dips - 3 Sets (Reps of 12, 10, 8)

 

Supplement Stack:

Preworkout - Redcon1 Total War

BCAAs - Cellucor Alpha Amino

Whey Protein - GAT Whey

Fat Burners - Blackstone Labs Trojan Horse

Multivitamin - GAT Men's Multi+Test

 

I like to switch up brands but at the moment, I really like using GAT, Redcon1, & Nutrakey. These products may have different results for someone else but so far I have seen a noticeable difference in my daily performance!
