HIIT & Bodyweight Workout

NEW 30 Minute HIIT Routine

3 Rounds, 45 seconds of exercise followed by 15 seconds rest in between exercise.

  1. Wide Stance Push-Ups
  2. Step-Ups (On bench, step, box etc.)
  3. Dips (Using bench, step or box)
  4. Fast Paced Jog/Run 45 seconds - walk 15 seconds
  5. Lunges
  6. Body Weight Squats
  7. Ab Wheels 
  8. Weighted Sit Ups/Crunches
